Jeffrey D. Cohen, Esq, board member and legal counsel, currently oversees protection of proprietary products for Zipflat.  In Mr. Cohen’s private practice he advises businesses on intellectual property issues, specifically trademarks and copyrights as well as general business issues.

Identifying, selecting and protecting product brands as a part of the larger ongoing business strategy, Mr. Cohen’s area of practice includes copyright matters within the music and publishing industries with experience in large US companies such as Blue Haven Pools and Line-X Truck Bed Liners as well as providing counsel to many smaller businesses, franchises, and nationally published authors and speakers.
