Dave Zuagg Zipflat David Zaugg, head of Zipflat’s Construction Technology Division has been in the construction industry for over 30 years with expertise in design logistics and building applications.  With his performance expertise in Green building Alternatives, Mr. Zaugg has organized and managed recent campaigns to bring sustainable community housing to remote areas of Grenada, Costa Rica, Virgin Islands and throughout the Caribbean to name a few.   Studying innovative soil stabilization practices and solutions have allowed for the construction of emergency structure houses made from local soils.  In addition, studies of compressed soils and the technological developed methods for reducing wind-blown pathogens through the use of sprayed applied stabilizers has proven Dave’s proficiency in this industry. Architecture, planning design, construction management, estimating and contract building are educational achievements for Mr. Zaugg.  His field applications and processes have continued his level of research in his areas of expertise. Previously Mr. Zaugg has operated his own construction company as well as an established promotional marketing company, and currently resides in San Diego, California.  A proud father of one son and two grandchildren.
